Kokotalk is a really affordable and easy way to make calls from and to Seychelles. With International calls starting from only 79cts per minute (excl. VAT ), it offers unbeatable value for money.

There are currently 3 methods of calling available. You can call through the APP which is available for Android, iOS devices and Windows, or call using your fixedline/SIP device (provided by Kokonet ), or through the traditional Callback service.

With Kokotalk you can have One-number for all your phones. When someone rings that number, we will ring all your phones at the same time and you decide which one you want to answer. If you ever move, change your carrier, or get a new phone, your One-number will remain the same.

How am I charged for the service?
Kokotalk has no contract or subscription, so no ongoing monthly fees. You can use our Pre-paid service where you recharge as you go with either a recharge card (available from most shops) or via Pay Pal/Credit Card OR when you purchase one of our Kokotalk fixed phones we can set you up for a Post pay account which you need to settle on a monthly basis.
How do I register to obtain the Kokotalk service?
In order to register, fill in the registration form on this website. You will then receive an email similar to the one below;
How long will it take to set up an account?
The online registration process is quick. You should receive all your account details and website login credentials immediately after submitting a valid registration form via the email address you stipulate.
How do I set myself up with the Kokotalk mobile app?
  1. On this website - Register for the Kokotalk service.
  2. Download the app that corresponds to your device e.g. Android, iOS (Apple) or Windows laptop/PC
  3. In the application SIP configuration settings – enter the Sip username and Sip Password as detailed in the registration email response.
  4. The app should then register to our server and you are then online and ready to make calls once you have sufficient credit.
How do I put credit onto my account ?
You can either charge your account with a Kokotalk recharge card (available at most shops) or by using Pay Pal/Credit card on this website. If you are having problems finding a shop that sells the recharge cards – please call our Sales Department on 6474747.
How do I add credit from a recharge card ?
Using the mobile or fixed phone that you registered for the Kokotalk service
- call your OneNumber
- the call will drop and then Kokotalk will call you back
- At the voice prompt select * for additional services followed by 1 and then enter the PIN number that is revealed when you gently scratch off the silver panel on the recharge card you purchased from any of our partner shops or our Sales office in Huteau Lane, Victoria, Mahe.
How do I check my balance?
Using the mobile or fixed phone that you registered for the Kokotalk service - call your OneNumber
- The call will drop and then Kokotalk will call you back
- At the voice prompt select * for additional services followed by 2

OR sign into your account on this website using the password you created and was sent in the registration response email and Press ‘My Account’.
How do I make a simple call back call that does not require a smart phone app it just simply uses any mobile or fixed phone on any network in Seychelles ?
Using the phone that you registered for the Kokotalk service… call your One Number
  • the call will drop and then Kokotalk will call you back (you are not charged for this call). The voice prompt will then ask you to enter the number you wish to call or press * for additional services.
  • Carefully enter the number you wish to call IMPORTANT: AFTER ENTERING THE NUMBER YOU WISH TO CALL DO NOT PRESS YOUR PHONES ‘CALL’ BUTTON OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED BY YOUR MOBILE OPERATOR WHICH WILL BE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN USING KOKOTALK .. JUST CAREFULLY ENTER THE REQUIRED DIGITS AND WAIT TO BE CONNECTED.
  • Remember to use 00 for International followed by the relevant Country Code e.g a call to the UK would be;

How do I get a One Number?
You need to register for the Kokotalk service by using this website.
What if I am not in a WiFi zone and don’t want to use up my mobile data cap?
You can use the Call back function so that a small amount of data is sent out and then Kokotalk will setup the call and call you back to connect you.

To configure, go to Settings – Call Divert Setting – Callback number to enter the number you wish to be called back on. Then go to Settings – Call Divert Setting – Callback mode – and set for Always.
What if I am in a WiFi zone but do not have full signal strength to guarantee a high quality call ?
You can try to move closer to the WiFi signal source to improve your signal strength OR you can use the Call back function, so Kokotalk will setup the call and call you back on your GSM phone to connect you.

To configure, go to Settings – Call Divert Setting – Callback number to enter the number you wish to be called back on.

Then go to Settings – Call Divert Setting – Callback mode – and set for ‘Always’.

We are aware that the ‘Ask’ function is currently not working and are trying to fix this in our next revision of the application software. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
